Salami Chips and Dip

Let’s just say this ain't your grandma's game day snack. Toss out your stale chips — football and salami chips are the new game-day favorite. One ingredient: Bavarian Meats Smoked Salami. Baked to perfection, paired with three no-nonsense German dips. Huzzah!

  • Preheat the oven to 375 F. Place parchment paper on two baking sheets.
  • Place the salami slices on a baking sheet, leaving a bit of space between each piece. 
  • Bake for about 10 minutes. Flip over the salami slices halfway through baking.
  • Edges should be crispy and starting to curl.
  • Move the salami to a rack to cool.
  • Take your chip and take a dip.
