Our all-pork salami is naturally hardwood smoked and dry-aged using historic European methods to achieve the distinctive “tang” German salamis are known for. Deep brick red color. Tender meaty texture. Easy-going at first bite, building to a robust, smoky, savory finish.
German Style
Yes! You can have subtle and sassy at the same time! First, the salami is mildly wood smoked (subtle) and wildly savory (sassy). Then, the salami is patiently air-dried until the characteristic German "tang" is realized. The result? Beautiful burgundy color. Smooth yet meaty texture. 100% pork. 110% German-engineered perfection.
Spicy Hungarian
Turn up the heat! Ground pure pork is blended with zesty spices and garlic, slowly smoked, and dry-aged for a tangy, smoky flavor with a kick! The velvety texture balances the spicy. Our seasonings shine through, creating a gorgeous burnt sienna color in this time-tested Hungarian favorite. We love this one!
